Lord of the Rings Fling

Why did we love it? Victoria and Carson are self-professed nerds who bonded over their love of Dungeons and Dragons. They met on a dating app, and she fully expected to continue with her daytime job after meeting him for the first time at a coffee shop….so she brought her laptop!! Needless to say she never opened it, and they stayed at the coffee shop and talked for HOURS.

They knew when they got married they wanted the day to reflect all the glorious nerdy facets of them as a couple. One such touch was to incorporate the rolling of their DoD dice mid-ceremony to decide who would read their vows first. The beautiful mother of pearl style die were gifted to them by Carson’s late mom before she passed. The way that Carson cried when she appeared at the top of the aisle was so pure and emotional, it’s exactly what you’d hope for your spouse to experience!

Another unique touch was to have custom silk robes made to take up the Ridge Hike for photos which look straight out of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Their day was truly a reflection of their love which is ultimately the best recipe for a core-memory making wedding day.
