All their recommended vendors were stellar and absolute experts at their crafts. Everyone there was so happy and full of love. All our people were complimenting us on our venue and vendors and wedding as a whole while the staff were commenting all night how amazing and friendly our guests were. I did not notice a single issue the whole weekend. I’m sure there were plenty behind the scenes but Alex coordinated everything so beautifully and smoothly and with so much fun, she didn’t let me stress one bit about anything…Every vendor, staff, and the owners of the venue worked together in such a seamless and caring manner. “My husband and I were initially going to have our wedding in Cancun last November, but after we gave more thought into the logistics, cost, and realizing how stressed we were by February, we scrapped that idea and decided to keep it in Texas. I had stumbled across Elm Pass Woods on the internet and within minutes of perusing their site, I couldn’t help but feel like I had found the. perfect. venue. I was not only blown away by the number of amazing reviews, but I loved how unique and personalized everything about this venue was (and still is!). As I read more into the story about Alex and Mike (the owners), their inspiration for the business, and just how fun, stress-free, and creative they have made each wedding for couples from all walks of life, I knew I had found my match! The site tour also confirmed that after we met in person.
Some highlights: Alex is SUPER organized and made the whole process very smooth sailing; half the work is pretty much taken cared of once you get access to their decor inventory (which is massive and uniquely thorough). We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that Mike is a carpenter and had built most of their inventory! Alex also provides a nice selection of vendors who have partnered with them in the past which can help take the load off your search when you’re looking for vendors (another shout out to Out of the Ordinary Events for capturing my vision and setting up all of the decorations on the day of and Creature Coffee for carrying the night because the weather was so frigid and according to a number of our guests, each and every drink on the menu really hit the spot!). I can’t stress how consistent communication was and I say this because 1. Alex was pregnant when I first met her and had actually given birth three months before our wedding, and yet was still maintaining communication and answering all of my random questions….. needless to say, she is a super woman. And 2. Our wedding was the day after Thanksgiving and Alex made sure all of our vendors were prepped and on the same page days leading up to that holiday week. I also wanted to incorporate a memorial tree for my mom and our fur baby (who had sadly passed away a month before our big day) and sure enough, she made it happen!
I can go on and on about how memorable and magical the day was and it is all thanks to EPW for making it happen! We wanted to highlight our families blending together for the very first time and our friends reuniting again and I honestly couldn’t have found a more perfect team to make that dream come true. If we could go back in time to relive our big day, we would in a heartbeat. Thank you guys again for making our day so unique and oh so special!”

“My husband and I had our wedding here in December 2024. This was each of our second marriages and we were blending our families. We both wanted just to relax and have fun and make it family-friendly, with our closest people. This venue was it. I found it online after looking for something unique and instantly felt hopeful about it. After touring it, and only here, we knew it was perfect for us and booked. It was the absolute right decision!! We decided to have a Christmas-themed wedding and Alex supported all my ideas throughout the process. Alex was also our day-of-coordinator and kept everything running smoothly the whole night. It was such a gorgeous venue with unique tipis, and beautiful views and the evening felt so magical with the lights around the tipi poles to add to the Christmas theme. Alex even has some yard games and decorations she allows you to borrow and use for your event and her husband Mike does woodwork, so they have beautiful arbor options and wood tables. Anytime I emailed a question, Alex quickly responded to me and kept great communication throughout. So many of our guests told us that this was the most fun they’ve ever had at a wedding. It was charming, fun, entertaining, and magical. Thank you Alex and Mike for helping us make this the best night of our lives!!!”

“The venue was absolutely beautiful and the owners were so helpful every step of the way. Every time we had a question, Alex and Mike were a text or email away. We knew the venue was beautiful when we first toured, but seeing everything set up on the day of our wedding, we were blown away. It was better than we had even imagined. As far as planning goes… Getting set up with vendors and creating a timeline was very easy with Alex’s expertise. She had answers to all the millions of questions we had and was able to coordinate with vendors. The games included were so fun and the decor on site was so extremely helpful. I consider us a pretty laid back couple and this venue fit the bill! I’m not an organized person whatsoever, but no worries Alex was organized enough for the both of us and she kept us in line.

“Elm Pass Woods was the first venue we toured, and we immediately fell in love with it’s charm, it’s beauty, and Alex & Mike! If we had to get married all over again, we would STILL pick this amazing venue. We had a very specific vision in mind- a goth glam, vampire, witchy, Full Moon wedding. Our wedding ritual would incorporate witchy elements with very specific altar accommodations and I would wear a red vampire bride dress and my 12 year old Husky dog would be a part of the wedding party. Alex was onboard immediately, and didn’t make me feel judged by my specific vision, but was supportive of it all. She was extremely organized and helpful throughout the entire process, checked in often, coordinated meetings with us, and provided checklists to ensure she would bring our vision to life. She was always quick to reply whenever I had questions or to share recommendations. I highly recommend her as your Day-of-Coordinator as well, because our big day went smoothly and was absolutely perfect. Many of our guests stated it was the most fun they have ever had at a Wedding before and raved about the yard games. To center and ground ourselves during the morning of our wedding, Alex allowed my husband and I to enjoy some Yoga at the venue with some of our guests. They have items to borrow for your big day if you are trying to save funds on your decor, they welcome all personal decor, and they have a giant wooden crescent moon that Mike built himself to be utilized by couples, which was perfect for our witchy Full Moon Wedding. They also have many yard games for guests to enjoy while couples are taking photos and the cottage onsite for the bride to get ready in is cozy and relaxing. They have a gorgeous ridge overlooking the venue above the trees that is the most magickal place to take sunset “Just Married” photos! We got married in April 2024, and our beautiful day was shared by wildflowers, butterflies, and a raven was heard cawing in the background blessing our union. If you are on the fence about this venue, here is your sign to pick this one! If this praise isn’t enough, see the attached photos for a glimpse at the most perfect wedding venue for the happiest day of my husband and I’s lives.”

The enchanting woodsy scenery, the gorgeous fall weather, the whimsical decor and the chill, easy-going vibes of it all made for a truly magical night. So many of our friends said it was the most fun they’ve had at a wedding. And it was all possible thanks to Alex, who was a dream to work with. She’s super organized so her system for making sure she gets everything right on your big day is flawless. You’ll have nothing to worry about if you go with her as your day-of-coordinator. 20/10 would gladly get married all over again here.”

“Our first vendor we hired and it was love at first sight, online and after our first tour! Elm Pass is an outdoor ceremony venue with 3 large tipi’s for the reception owned and operated by Alex and Mike and their little man, Theo. Here, it’s a Wedfest, not a wedding because they cater to all kinds of love. You have nearly all the freedom to DIY your wedfest, use their décor, and/or a combo of both. Alex was our coordinator for the day of and she was ON TOP OF IT!!!! Funny story, I made it through most of the wedfest having forgotten to remove the tag from my dress (which was hidden and underneath). When I noticed I asked Alex if she could remove it and she immediately popped out a small pair of scissors from her apron pockets and snipped it right off; ALWAYS READY. She helped us perfect the details and feel confident in our requests. From getting ready in the cottage, first looks with dad, the golf cart ride down to the aisle, the ridge hike after I-do’s, to the dancing, photo camper, nerf paint station, jeep photos, and bubble send off, this place is the absolute perfect venue for the best day of your life. I can’t go through every bit of perfection that Alex, Mike, and this venue hold because we’d be here all week. Major attraction for us was the short ridge hike to some stellar views…. Elm Pass Woods is HIGHLY recommended.”

“Seriously?! Selfishly, and rightfully so, the best wedding I’ve ever been to has been my own.
We got married here in December 2023 and it perfectly fit our personalities: a laid-back party. I’ve received so many complements from our guests saying that our wedding was the best one they’ve ever been to – from the yard games, to the fire pits, to dancing under the stars, we wanted to make this an experience for our guests that they’d remember fondly, and I think we achieved just that.
Alex and Mike made it SO EASY for us to fully personalize our day. Alex sent detailed questionnaires for decor, timeline, vendors, etc., which really helped with the planning process. EPW has recommended vendors, but you can choose someone not on the list. The decor inventory, which I heavily leaned on, literally saved our leaning tiered cake – just grab 2 more EPW cake stands and the flowers from a bridesmaid bouquet and it’s as if it was meant to be!
Alex and Mike were so great with handling the curve balls, big and small, that it was so easy to remain stress-free during the day.
We cannot express how grateful we are for EPW and absolutely recommend this venue to anyone who loves the outdoors (or is down to have a great time).”

My husband and I knew we wanted a venue that felt relaxed and like a “big backyard party” with the people we love the most. “When we got engaged, our plan was either adventure elopement or a destination wedding in the mountains. As we weighed the pros and cons, we decided having a local wedding actually checked more of our boxes, and so we set out on what I thought would be a long arduous journey to find a unique, outdoorsy venue close to San Antonio. The first night of researching I came across pictures of EPW, immediately envisioned our entire wedding, and asked my now husband when we could book a tour. We ended up not having to look at any other venues because we knew this was the place for us.
We got married here in April of 2023 and had truly the best day ever. Alex sent us vendor recommendations, kept us on track with the planning process by sending detailed questionnaires, and helped coordinate the day of so that we didn’t have to stress about the details. Since this is a family-owned venue, we had tons of freedom to be creative with décor/vendors/timelines. Our wedding day was so fun and laid-back, EPW was definitely the perfect venue for us as a couple and I highly recommend getting married here!”

“We had our big day here back in November and let me just say it was absolutely magical. Alex and Mike are such wonderful people and very genuine! They work so hard and they truly love what they do. It shows in all the work they put into each wedfest. I fell in love with this venue soon as I saw it online and I knew it was the one. If you are looking for a place that will fill your heart and not just be another couple walking through the doors then this is the place for you. Alex is very responsive and helpful with everything leading up to the wedding. She ensures that you are prepared and that everything is in place. Don’t even get me started on the amazing decor list, not that the venue needs a whole lot because it is beautiful as is! We had so much fun at our wedding and our guest loved the whole vibe also. There was so much love and that is all I wanted on my big day!
I could keep going on about how amazing Elm Pass Woods is but at this point you just need to check it out for yourself! I would recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding especially if you are wanting something different then the ordinary venue! My favorite part about booking with them was we were supporting a small business and I knew Alex and Mike were doing this from the heart”

“I’d give this venue 10 stars if I could! Elm Pass Woods was an absolutely stunning wedding venue! From the moment we visited the property, we were in love and blown away by the magical atmosphere. The available decor was also top-notch and helped bring our dream wedding to life.
We were also quite naive to some of the details, but Alex provided us so much guidance and recommendations, which resulted in a seamless event. Every detail was taken care of and the result was a truly unforgettable experience.
One of my favorite memories from the day was our hike, gorgeous views, an opportunity for some peace, and we even saw some fun forest creatures. I cannot recommend this venue enough! Go see it, you won’t be disappointed!!

“We are so lucky to have found Elm Pass Woods for our Nov 2022 wedding! Elm Pass Woods was the first venue we toured and we loved it so much we booked it even before we were “officially” engaged.
What we loved:
-Alex and Mike (owners) were so friendly and helpful. We felt like we were getting special treatment because Alex was so quick to respond and they were both very accommdating. I know that’s how they treat all their couples
-There’s a HUGE decor inventory to choose from including arbors. This saved me so much stress and money! I was grateful that I didn’t need to transport decor or purchase things I’d only use for one night.
-Several locations for photos. You can hike a step but short hill to take pictures at the ridge (bring shoes with traction!). There’s a fallen tree. A wooden moon and love sign made on site by Mike!
-They have a woodshop on site. Mike made us our ring box from wood at the venue. When learned we were a bunch of D&D nerds he made us a dice tray the DAY OF the wedding as a gift. So sweet!
-The cottage and the bathrooms are ADORABLE and well stocked. You can tell that Alex was very intentional about every single detail.
-We didn’t have a videographer and in hindsight it’s something I would have sprung for BUT I was luck enough to have Alex as my day of coordinator and she captured a lot of footage that I can look back on fondly.”

Well, what do ya know that’s precisely what they offer? It’s promoted as a WEDFEST and truly that’s what it is! To heck with the norm! Down with the old guard weddings! Do the darn WEDFEST (or not! Wedding is fine, and it’s your special day. They’ll help you make it just that.)
As mentioned above, there are awesome tipi tents that house the reception/dinner area. They have a wonderful list of vendors for all your wedding needs, a plentiful decor inventory, and games for you and your guests. Please consider doing the hike! The view is beautiful for photos and it’s a wonderful location for a private vow exchange. They do a wonderful job of making it your special day. Alex and Mike are so responsive and ready to answer all questions. They took wonderful care of us and our guests.

“This venue was an absolute dream! My husband and I got married here in November 2022 and it was so beautiful! The tipis, the scenery, and the vibes are perfect! On top that, the owners, Alex and Mike, made everything super painless and easy to plan! They helped us through every step of the planning process and answered our endless list of questions with ease! Alex and Mike truly made us feel that our special day was their top priority. Additionally, I’d like to give a shout out to Alex’s Mom, Susie, who was super sweet and helpful as I got ready for my big day. As time got closer for me to walk down the isle, Susie suggested we do a breathing exercise to calm my nerves. It was such a comforting gesture that I will always remember.

“I am immeasurably grateful for Alex, Mike and their family that made our wedding day a dream come true! I found Elm Pass Woods online and immediately connected with them and scheduled a tour. We did not look at any other venues as we could already tell this was the one for us. I knew I wanted a woodsy, forest, relaxed yet stylish, beautiful and unique wedding. When talking about what we wanted for our wedding, we both voiced how we strongly disliked traditional weddings. I started looking for unique outdoor venues near Austin and just was not finding anything that felt special. When I found Elm Pass Woods- a festival themed, outdoor venue with giant tipi tents and gorgeous woods, I was hooked. If this was just a beautiful unique venue that would be one thing but what really makes this place special is Alex, Mike and their family. They have put so much love and care into this place and the weddings they plan. It creates such a special, magical, loving energy that is impossible to manufacture. We booked them pretty much right away as they were filling up fast in October. We went with the premium package because this seemed to be the best value and I am so glad that we did. I got really into the wedding planning process and Alex was with me the whole time, answering my random questions and providing me all of the resources I needed to plan my dream day. She was so responsive, organized and excited throughout the entire process and especially in the last month or so she got every little last detail dow. My dream was a fall fairy forest festival vibe that felt mysterious and magical. We executed this vision better than I could have dreamed! We live a little far from the venue so it became sort of like planning a destination wedding, which made me nervous but Alex made the process very easy and comfortable. They have an excellent list of vendors they have worked with and recommend and we hired several from their list. They also have a huge decor inventory available and included in the package (this saved us a ton of money and was so fun to look through). Alex was our day of coordinator and it could not have gone smoother. There are like a million other details that I could list like the beautiful custom built sweetheart table that Mike actually makes and you get to use at the reception and then TAKE HOME!! the decor and setup help, the getting ready cottage/honeymoon suite that is super cute and spacious, the dog friendly vibes, the ridge hike that provides a most epic photoshoot location, the do-whatever-you-want attitude- Alex encouraged us to make this day whatever we envisioned and we did- we had fire and LED hoop performers, a (biodegradable) glitter bar, a band, hung a giant chandelier from the ceremony tree, had pies for dessert, did private vows, etc! Seeing the venue a couple of times before the wedding without everything setup it was hard to imagine what it could transform into but luckily the venue has a very active Instagram account and you can see other people’s weddings. And when our day finally came I was stunned at how it transformed into the most gorgeous atmosphere possible! I entrusted all the small details to Alex and she UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT! All the decor was in the right place, the guestbook, the glitter bar, the polaroid cameras, the table settings, seating chart, and every other little thing I was so worried about. This venue truly provided the most stress-free, detailed, gorgeous, fun and memorable wedding we could imagine. We had so many guests tell us that this was the best or most beautiful or fun wedding they had ever been to and that it was “so us”. We really felt so special and loved and like we could share our fun festival selves with our closest loved ones. I am so sad our wedding is over but still excited to see other couples enjoy the special, completely unique, fun day they will have at Elm Pass Woods.”

“We just held my sons wedding at Elm Pass Woods on Saturday night. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue. The owners (Alex and Michael) and their extended family totally nailed the entire event. Super professional, exceptionally organized, stayed on top of the coordination of everything and helped us create the timeline for the evening. They are most definitely passionate about what they do. They worked so hard to attend to every detail. I watched Alex and her mom work endlessly the entire night so that everything ran smooth. One of the things that impressed me the most was the quality of their vendor recommendations. We used their baker recommendation for deserts, their food truck recommendations, floral recommendation, liquor and bartender recommendations and all were FANTASTIC. We live 7 hours from the venue so that made it so easy for us. They have done so many lovely things to their property. It was truly beautiful. Exceptionally impressed with how they helped out with elderly grandparents attending the wedding and catered to them the entire night. We were looking for an outside wedding venue with an interesting vibe and Elm Pass was it! The entire night they were one step ahead of each thing on the schedule. As a parent, I also really appreciated the use of their decor which helped me keep a reasonable budget. Every table was decorated, twinkle lights everywhere, activities to do on the property while the wedding was going on (darts, ping pong, checkers, etc…) something for everyone. We paid for a few flowers but everything else we used was owned by Elm Pass Woods which made it so easy and one less thing to worry about. They honestly ran the whole wedding from start to finish and never once did I do anything – they know how to destress the bride and groom and the parents. After the wedding was over they put the cutest video on instagram detailing the whole wedding – adorable! Hands down – go visit this venue. The love and hard work that Alex and Michael and their extended family pour into your son or daughters wedding is unmatched. Love them! Happy to say my sons wedding was flawless and perfect – every bride and grooms dream and most certainly a parents dream. Thank you Alex and Michael! Job well done!”

“Elm Pass Woods was the perfect venue for our wedding! The entire EPW team worked so hard to make our day special. It’s obvious that they aren’t just running a business, they truly care about each couple that gets married here and are fully invested to make every detail come to life. They take great care of the property and are very responsive to guest needs. The day before our wedfest, we asked about changing table options for some of our guests and they provided a full changing table setup the very next day. They have all of the logistics figured out and make sure everything is convenient and easy for guests.
The venue itself is beautiful and unique yet customizable. We wanted to be able to add little details to make our day more “us” and EPW was the perfect backdrop. They have a massive decor inventory which allowed us to customize our wedfest without the burden of purchasing all of the decor items. There are a variety of yard games to choose from the EPW inventory which made our wedfest a fun, family friendly event. The ridge hike was another highlight of the venue and we loved the idea of starting our marriage with a hike and amazing views.

Here are the pros:
- The venue is well maintained and managed directly by the owners who are super passionate about their place.
- The owner, Alex, is super organized and sends you everything you need to be prepared for the wedding in a timely basis. She is also there on the day of the wedding making sure everything goes smoothly and I give her major kudos because I forgot my bouquet and she RAN to get it before I walked down the aisle.
- There are no surprises in what you are paying for. The packages and contract are very clear.
- The venue is perfect for families. We had our pups as part of the ceremony and all the kids LOVED being able to run around and play with the yard games. Having kids at our wedding was easy with this type of venue.
- With this venue, you do not need to buy any decorations or a photo booth! This venue comes with a growing and very large inventory of decorations and the entire venue is Instagram worthy!
- Their preferred vendors are amazing so you will not need to search far and research a lot to get what you want!
- Our free gift from Mike was a custom bed chest and it is AWESOME and so well done! What other venue gives you something like this?
- You WILL get comments like, wow this was the most unique wedding I have ever been to or how did you find a place like this or that was the best wedding I have ever been to!
- Even though this is an outdoor wedding, the bathroom trailer is super clean. I say this confidently because my mom (if you know how particular asian moms are) said so.
- The surrounding areas made it easy for us to have an entire wedding weekend with our guests because there is so much stuff to do in Kerrville, Comfort, Fredericksburg, etc.
- Since this is an outdoor wedding, there are unknowns you cannot control. What can be controlled though is having a free blanket station at the venue, tents to cover vendors, fire pits, heaters inside the tents, and hydration stations. And guess what? This is all provided with the venue.
This is just a partial list of all the good things I want to say!
I cannot thank Alex and Mike enough for making our wedding a dream come true. There is not a con I can write down without having a pro attached to it! “When I say this venue is unlike any other, and the best possible wedding venue in Texas and perhaps the WORLD at large I am not exaggerating!!! When we started our search for venues we came upon many beautiful places in the Texas hill country, but what we did not find (except with EPW) was a place that felt like home. This venue is owned and operated with love by a married couple who in fact were married at this beautiful spot and this history they share is felt as you set foot upon the grounds. You are likely to meet Alex’s parents helping out on your wedding day and you simply feel love at every turn. The grounds of course are incredibly picturesque, and if you are a couple that loves the outdoors then you honestly can’t pick any
other place! The responsiveness from Alex is also second to none. I think I must have emailed her about 20,000 times but she always got back to me and never made me feel like I was pestering her or being a bridezilla (truly I hope I wasn’t). And on top of all of this you get a handcrafted sweetheart table at the end of your wedfest that you can use as a kitchen or dining table—truly this table is not a tiny little table that you can’t really use-this thing is the real deal!! In short, and I know I wasn’t very short about this, but it’s hard to condense such a great experience—EPW is a truly special place and we are beyond happy that we chose them as our wedding venue. In all the decisions you will make while planning your wedding, this is the one you want to get right.”

“My wife and I found Elm Pass Woods on Pinterest last fall and immediately contacted the venue. The moment we contacted they quickly responded and we were able to book a tour. At the tour, we met Alex and Mike Haws the owners of the venue and property. We quickly connected with them! They were so welcoming and down to earth. We had looked at other wedding venues but our hearts could not let go of this venue.
This venue spoke to us because they allowed us to have the finer details that other venues we looked at didn’t allow us to have. For example, we had the opportunity to have our dog apart of our special day. We had full range of inventory options they provided as well as a custom sweetheart table that they build for couples to use and keep. The wedding package we chose was the traditional and it included restroom trailer, open bar, and a night in the guest cottage for couples. Another thing that was unique was couples were allowed to hike up a ridge for sunset photos.
Our wedding was a night we will never forget and it will be talked about for years to come. It was a pleasure to work with Alex and Mike for our special day. Wishing them years of happiness and success for their business.”

Our big day is was so beautiful and everyone was in awe of how magical this setup was. We hardly needed any decor because the scenery creates the vibe. Alex and Mike had a ton of great decor to choose from which made things so much easier!!! There are so many little places to sneak away, whether for the bride and groom, or for the guests. We had about 120 guests and there was plenty of room to dance, eat, and just be.
If you are looking for a unique and dreamy venue, this is it!!!

“I cannot recommend this venue high enough!!! I had my wedding here in 2021 and could not be happier. I have received COUNTLESS praises from friends and family raving about the venue. Not only was it fun for everyone but stunningly gorgeous.
I found Elm Pass Woods after several days of sorting through over 40 venues all across Texas and the U.S. I finally settled on Elm Pass Woods because I loved the concept of truly having a wedding celebration and not just a stiff ceremony and formal dinner. I loved that there was a big open space for s’mores and games, nature near by, and actual Nordic tepees for the reception. It was perfect for our guests to stay and hang out. Also, I didn’t want to have to worry about providing all the decor and the venue pretty much had everything I needed except flowers, which took so much pressure off my plate.
Additionally, Alex who runs the venue, is fabulous!! We had originally planned our wedding for 2020 but due to COVID, had to postpone it a year. Alex was so flexible with all the changes, was always quick to respond, had great suggestions and ideas, and has actually become a friend through the whole wedding planning process. There’s no one I would have rather worked with than Alex!!
In short, if you want a venue that will be low stress, gorgeous, is great value, and will have your guests raving for years, I absolutely recommend this venue. In fact, I already have recommended it and one of my friends has had her wedding there too!”

“We had the most perfect wedding at Elm Pass Woods. We wanted something boho but also safe for our guests. With COVID-19 interrupting all of our plans, this venue was the perfect way for us to have a wedding while also making sure we kept ourselves and loved ones safe.
Not only was our wedding beautiful but everyone loved the venue! Our guests were able to comfortably sit in the tipis social distance style and stay warm (was a tad chilly outside on our wedding day).
Every aspect of the venue is adorable which made for beautiful pictures from start to finish. Myself and bridal party loved the suite we had to get ready in. There was everything you could have needed and it was the perfect space for us to relax beforehand.
We loved the mini hike that we took following our ceremony that allowed us to get the perfect Texas hill country view at sunset. It made for some beautiful pictures. Probably some of my favorite from the day.
The venue is naturally beautiful which saves on decor. All of the table are handmade wooden farm house tables which at other venues weren’t always included and usually cost extra. But here, not only were the tables included but they had tons of decor we were able to use. I got to pick from a handful of stylish arbors they already had (no extra cost) and was able to pick out several other items to use on our big day.
One of the biggest benefits of this venue are the owners. Alex and Mike are an adorable couple who started this venue after having their own wedding festival on the property. They go above and beyond to bring your ideas to reality and make the process fun. Their goal is to take the stress off of you by creating wedding packages that are more all-inclusive. They have put a lot of care and thought into the experience and it shows.
They have tons of relationships with local wedding vendors. Everyone we used that came recommended by them we absolutely loved. We especially recommend their photographer Mayra Eads.
Needless to say, we recommend getting married here. It’s budget friendly and will create a perfect memorable day for all involved.
OH! It’s also dog friendly. I mean come on… who doesn’t want their fur babies to be in their wedding!

“My wife and I got married here in August 2020 in the midst of the Covid pandemic. Alex did such a good working with us to create a ceremony we felt comfortable inviting people to. Her outdoor venue was perfect for what we were looking for! The venue is set in the Texas hill country, and for the reception area had a large teepee set-up that created a rustic outdoor boho feel. Neither my wife nor I like to plan events so it was super-helpful that Alex’s venue was all-inclusive. She had recommendations for us for everything from food to flowers but was open to us bringing in some of our own people as well. She even provided and set up all the decor for us! We didn’t have to do a thing! The price can be slightly to the higher side but for all that it includes I think it was definitely worth it.
Overall, I would highly recommend the venue. Not just because of how well-done the venue is but also because of how great and easy to work with Alex was. She is committed to making your day truly special and is there to help in any way she can.
Also, I almost forgot to mention, they handcraft a nice wooden dining room table for you to use in the wedding and take home when everything is over. That was a nice bonus!”

From the fairy lights strung throughout the meadow in trees to the giant tipi tents, it was enchanting.
