Frequently Asked Questions
🛏 Lodging & Accommodations
Q: How many people can stay overnight?
A: Up to 16 guests total — 12 in the Stone House, and 2 each in the Treetop and Wedfest cottages.
Q: Can we bring air mattresses or add extra guests?
A: You’re welcome to bring one additional air mattress and/or pack-n-play, but we recommend keeping overnight guests to 16 for comfort.
Q: Are the cottages climate-controlled?
A: Yes! All our lodging is equipped with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
Q: Is there Wi-Fi and cell service?
A: Wi-Fi is available in the Stone House and the Wedfest Cottage, the Tree Top Cottage is down in the festival grounds and “off the grid.” Cell service may vary by carrier, but most guests have no issues.
🕰 Check-In & Check-Out
Q: When can we check in and out?
A: Check-in is at 3 PM the day before your wedding. Check-out is by 11 AM the morning after.
Q: Can we request early check-in or late check-out?
A: Sometimes! Let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on our event schedule.
🎉 Use of Property
Q: Can we host a welcome dinner at the lodging?
A: Low-key gatherings on the Stone House patio if you are doing a cookout or take out are absolutely welcomed – for no more than 20 guests. And we ask that you honor our 10 pm quiet hours when outside.
Q: Can we host a rehearsal dinner down in the festival grounds?
A: For your own piece of mind, we don’t allow that! You have full access to the grounds for decorating and wedding prep only the first night. This is to ensure that they are in peak condition for the actual day!! Sorry, we don’t want to be up late tidying up after a rehearsal dinner that gets sloppy in the wee hours LOL
Q: Can we decorate the day before our wedding?
A: Absolutely — that’s one of the best parts of staying on-site. You’ll have access to the venue the day before, so you can decorate at your own pace. We will park the decor cart under the tipis filled with everything you selected so you and your crew can knock it out.
Q: Do we get access to the décor inventory if we book this package?
A: Yes! Our free décor inventory is included with your venue rental whether or not you choose to add-on lodging : )
🧼 Cleaning, Supplies & Amenities
Q: Do we need to bring our own bedding or towels?
A: Nope! All linens, pillows, towels, and basic toiletries are provided.
Q: Is there a kitchen?
A: Yes! The Stone House has a full kitchen, and both cottages have mini-fridges and microwaves, and the Wedfest Cottage has a small kitchenette as well.
Q: Do we need to clean before check-out?
A: Just basic tidying — please bag up trash and put dirty dishes in the sink. We’ll take care of the deep cleaning.
👨👩👧👦 Guests & Logistics
Q: Can kids stay overnight?
A: Absolutely! Just include them in your guest count if using a bed (we love when flower girls and ring bearers stay the night). If there will be a pack-n-play please let us know.
Q: Where do you recommend the nearly-weds stay?
A: For the most privacy relative to space we’d recommend the Wedfest Cottage. If you want the King Bed in the Stone House instead, it does have an ensuite bathroom!
Q: What if we only want to stay one night?
A: The package is built for 2 nights to maximize the full weekend experience and prep time to decorate. If you need something different, reach out and we’ll see what’s possible!
💸 Booking & Payments
Q: How do we add this to our wedding package?
A: Just let us know — we’ll update your invoice and confirm your overnight guests.
Q: Is this price included in our wedding rental?
A: Lodging is a separate add-on and completely optional — but highly recommended for a smooth, relaxing weekend!
Q: How late can I add-on lodging to my all-inclusive package?
A: If available, you can add it on up to a week before your wedding festival!
