We have curated a group of local businesses that know our venue inside and out while offering phenomenal value, and we believe they are the absolute best. However, you’re more than welcome to bring in any professional and insured wedding pro of your choice. Check out the list below:

- Plantaqueria – plant-based Mexican food run by Sophie. Her dad helps her on event days and the pride he has in his daughter is adorbs. these two are all heart and soul – plus AMAZING food!

The Beignet Stand Truck – Elisa & her Husband – a small family-run food truck that does more than dessert! They are at the Pearl in SA every weekend and get to know y’all as a couple to customize the beignet flavors, so cute. (IG: @thebeignetstand)

Baritsa Kats – coffee truck, that donates to Operation Lola – that rescues potbelly pigs
- Stars and Stripes Coffee Co. – run by a veteran and his wife – with AMAZING brews.
- Tasty Swirls – hand spun die free cotton candy aaaand churro carts!! Delish and major festival vibes
- La Boujee Housewife – Charcuterie company – pretty and tasty!
- Hill Country Cravings – Charcuterie company – local, pretty white cone wall option!
*Trash Management if your chosen caterer is not full service and/or will not stay until the end of your festival (can happen especially with food trucks!). They are hired hourly and keep your event looking tidy – they are the real heroes!!
Out of the Ordinary Events – they manage trash throughout, pack up extra food/drinks and your decor for load out so your friends and family can just leave. They will even serve your buffet food if your caterer is just doing drop off! They are hands down the best option – 80% of our couples book them. Phone: 210-632-9706 (event4hire@aol.com)

Tipsy Travelers – Heidi and Amber are married and the owners of this bartending company we use in our packages. They will reach out to you no later than 4 weeks out from the big day to confirm hours (our packages come with 4 by default!), but if you want to get a jump on adding extra hours or any of their mixer upgrades, you can email tipsytravelers1@gmail.com
- Smoking Bottles – Liquor Store 2 minutes away! Jenn is SO easy to work with. They can order any type of booze (plus soft drinks/water) you want aaaaand most importantly they will deliver said alcohol along with the 400+ lbs of ice the drink canoe requires and set it all up for you. They also have a frozen marg machine to rent if you so desire which is always the most popular guest fav.

The Rose Shop – Karen in Kerrville, she’s old school so no IG – but her prices are unbeatable and with some pictures of what you want she’ll do magic, she did my wedfest and quite a few on our blog! roseshop@hctc.net
- Especially Yours Flowers – Tricia’s shop is local in Kerrville and she had amazing attention to detail.
- Uptown Flowers – William out of San Antonio – he’s done styled shoots and open houses here. Gorgeous stuff!!

- Sparks and Co. – a truly one of a kind effect for dance floors and send offs!

- Homestead Photobooth Co. – run by the sweetest family who moved here from Cali, VERY unique set ups he makes himself – including a vintage camper van!
- Hitch Photo Booth Trailer – vintage trailer photo booth it’s the cutest thing you’ve ever seen – and Courtney is so sweet. You can see their trailer at a wedfest here
- The Sweet Pea Camper – a pastel dream that fits well out here, and the couple is so so kind!

Photos By Yaz – her style is classic and soooo fun, her candid shots are amazing. She did my own wedding!
- Eyeronic Love – Jackie is SO fun, her style is true to color and it’s a vibe, her tag line is “for lovers of all kinds” for a reason
- 1836 Photographie – Michele is down to earth AND won a photography award for a couples’ photo on our wooden moon

Love Lipstick & Lashes – Laura is the owner (the sweetest), her girls did my wedfest and many many weddings here!
- Viva la Glam – They’ve done quite a few weddings here! LGBTQ+ run
- Bombshell Beauty Bar – They can make any look come to life!
- Feel Like Baking Love – SO good, local to Kerrville and will also do a cake tasting box for you if you come visit so you can choose your flavors
- Alyssa’s Artisan Confections – she got married here and did her entire dessert table – it was epically beautiful and of course delish

Josh Klause – live music – he is SO GOOD! And covers any song you can think of AND can DJ – so it’s the best of both worlds.
- Sheridan Reed – He does live music and DJ! Such a fun touch for your ceremony and cocktail hour to do live music. He will learn any song for your first dance and such <3

Exodus Sound Co. – Another gem for live music and DJ mix – Mark is also amazing!
- Royal Dukes Band – live band – will keep the party rocking the entire time, see them at EPW here

Solid Gould Designs – Rebekah is super talented and local! Easy and quick process to get drawings of your puppers or other animals for personal wedding signage. We’ve seen stickers, cocktail signs, napkins, seating charts, so many things!

Comfort Pizza – Ty is the owner – 830-995-5959, outdoor vintage feel in a retro gas station – the pizza is the best ever. There is a flat rate to rent the place for the night – plus pizza and bar tab. I believe for us it was about $1,600 for the flat rental fee + pizza (this was in 2019 so I’m sure it’s gone up some). Then additional for the drink tab! This place is right across from the BnB I’m listing below, Meyers.
