There is a flat rate to rent the place for the night – plus pizza and bar tab. I believe for us it was about $1,600 for the flat rental fee + pizza (this was in 2019 so I’m sure it’s gone up some). Then additional for the drink tab! This place is right across from the BnB I’m listing below, Meyers.

Lodging:
Comfort (12 mins away)
For guest accommodations – we usually recommend the cutest BnB 12 minutes away in Comfort. Their property has 32 rooms and many beds – some regular hotel rooms and some are actual homes onsite. That BnB also has another property nearby with 9 more rooms – a couple of which are remodeled airstream trailers! Meyer Bed and Breakfast & Camp Comfort.
Again, Meyers is where guests stayed for our wedding festival and it got rave reviews. We made a whole Hill Country weekend out of it with everyone traveling from different cities/states. Comfort is an adorable town to walk around and explore!

Center Point (2 mins away)
Alternative Spot where other half of wedding party could get ready/stayTree Top River Cottages that are 3 minutes from us and 1 minute from the tropical themed bar Toucan Jims!
Zanzenburg Farmhouse – 2 minutes away on working farm, sleeps 14 – run by an amazing couple Katie and Justin
There are also endless AirBnB and VRBO options around here – so guests who want to find their own way can check those out!

Kerrville (15 min away)

Kerrville is for more traditional hotels – La Quinta Hotel, Quality Inn, YO Ranch Hotel, and Inn of the Hills
